Went one time with my girls car because the car did not start. They said they needed to change the entire electrical system. More than a 1000 euros of repair. Took my car to another workshop, they just changed the battery for 250 euros. Car works fantastic now. I am not even driving close to this place ever again!

We was interested in a 6y.o. car with 89k km for 23000. Firstly it was impossible to reach dealership by phone, needed to call many times half day. Finally when seller answered he told car is in good condition, only one door was repainted, no issues. When we came to see it - condition was much worse. Door repainted unprofessionally, a lot of bodyfiller, no clear stickers, color don't match. Engine has oil leaks. Interior looks like after 300-500k km. You don't expect condition like that at official Audi dealer!
I don't like the reception service. On the reception desk, they have chairs, but they offer u to sit. Perhaps I m Asian (Foreign or Auslander). The people work there r most German. As usual German hate Auslander and also think that how come they money or Status. I found a lot of hate and disrespect in this office. One thing I want to tell Hahn Automobile leute or people. U r giving service and I m paying. Means u r not giving me free Service. Give some respect to Auslander (Asian or Foreign).
Bad service. On the phone and in person I wasn't able to get an employee to consult me regarding regarding a purchase.
Superb and biggest auto dealer in Esslingen. Professional service.
